When the reporter arrives at his work station, he is working sedulously under a lifted Auman cab and the pneumatic spanner is waving in his hands. In two or three minutes, dozens of bolts were assembled in place. Therefore, quality is crucially important in process controls. Mr. Shen says that during the peak production time, they take quality and safety as the first things first. When her son fell ill and needed injection, she could not excuse herself from work during the tightened production arrangement for the peak season; when Hou Xujie who is supporting the front line heard about it, Hou asked to work in replacement of her so that she could spare some time to take her son for the injection and she was really moved by Hou’s help.

Hou Xujie says that during the peakproduction, management employees under the age of 35 take turns to support the front line production and as one of them, she joins the Logistics Group of the General Assembly.
